No fewer than SEVENTEEN DIFFERENT DESIGNS have been captured in one large, spectacular 17'2" by 9'7" weaving. Just imagine, seventeen rugs in one. All woven on the same loom in a seamless presentation. Not stitched together; not made separately and matched up after the fact, but woven as one huge rug of unparalleled quality. A fine and tightly woven masterpiece that has never been on the floor - there is absolutely no wear. This rug is a brand new weaving of the highest quality. It is 100% wool and brand new. Hand weaving, starting 1000 years ago as a Nomadic craft in the Middle East and has left us with little recorded information as to the origin of designs. Generally, traders have effected the majority of influence over patterns, color, and quality control. From the earliest experimentation with lines and angles, weavers have continually adapted and absorbed ideas from other cultures to upgrade the craft. NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER is proud to offer a very convenient and flexible Lay-away Plan for items priced at $200.00 to $3,000.00 available anywhere in the Continental USA. This plan is available outside of the Continental USA on an approved buyer basis. Please contact us if you wish to layaway an item and the shipping address is outside of the Continental USA. 2. All NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreements require a minimum initial deposit of 20% of the total price plus shipping fees.   3. All NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreements require that a payment be made at least every 30 days to be applied against the total price of the Lay-Away, calculated from the date of the initial Lay-Away set-up.  4. There will be no handling or processing charges in connection with the set-up or maintenance of your NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement (s). Exception: See number 6 below. If an item is not paid within the the preset timeframe (see timeframe information below) and the buyer and seller have not agreed upon an extension, there will be no refund. All NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreements are for a period of 90-180 Days. However, in certain circumstances, the period may be lengthened if agreed upon by both the BUYER and NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER, only if the scheduled payments are made at least every 30 days. A buyer may open additional lawaway plans for another item if the initial plan is at least one third paid and there have been no late payments.  6. There are no refunds of any NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement payments. However, NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER will refund any Lay-Away deposit and subsequent payments, if before the end of the Lay-Away period, the goods have for any reason become no longer available. If this should occur, the buyer will have the option of transferring the full paid amount to another item or a full refund.   7. NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement will terminate, and BUYER's deposit and other payments under the NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER Lay-Away Agreement will become non-refundable and be forfeited to NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER if payment of the total purchase price has not been made within the layaway timeframe from the date of the Lay-Away Agreement. 8. Layaway orders will only be accepted for orders totaling $200.00 or more, excluding shipping charges. Any layaway item not paid in full in the lawaway timeframe period will once again be offered for sale to the general public, unless special arrangements have been made with NATIVE AMERICAN EAGLE RIVER. After the lawaway timeframe period, if said item(s) sells before being paid in full by the layaway purchaser, a credit will be given for payments made beyond the initial non-refundable deposit, minus a 25% service charge. Outstanding balance may be paid in full by the layaway purchaser as long as item(s) remains in stock. 12. Lawaway payments are as follows: A. Items priced $200.00 through $500.00 must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of the initial ebay purchase date. B. Items priced $500.00 through $1,000.00 must be paid in full within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the initial ebay purchase date. C.
