We have delivered tents all around the world so if you are outside of the UK please email or call for a quotation. Freight is usually shipped but can be sent by air for a 20% premium. Shipping will take 3-6 weeks air freight is a few days. The tents come as a complete package of roof, side walls (detachable), voile drapes(detachable), bamboo poles with pole covers, guy ropes, carved wooden pegs, carved wooden finials and canvas storage bags. The canvas is water repellent but can be additionally treated to make them water, mildew and fire retardent at £115. All tents have cotton interiors and can be ordered in a variet of colours and print options to stunning effect.We use 100% virgin quality canvas to ensure the natual beauty and longer life of the tent and if cared for they will provide many years of enjoyment. Dimensions - typically our tents have a centre pole height of 3.2M, the centre poles are made up of 2 pole sections. The poles that go around the outside are 1.80m. The weight of an 8x4m tent is around 80kilos and will easily fit into an estate car. Warranty – We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects and will gladly replace products found defective upon delivery or normal use. Owing to the fact the tents are mainly hand made minor variations on design, colour or size can be expected. Regular wear and tear will occur to the tents depending on the time of outdoor use and the nature of use. Delivery - We can personally deliver at a cost of 50p per mile from Bristol or items can be collected. Orders over £2000 will not incur delivery charges within the UK.
